Dr. Richard H. Hanley, B.A., B.S., D.C.

Dr. Hanley's credentials are truly impressive.  He holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of California; as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (now called Southern California University of Health Sciences), where he graduated "Magna Cum Laude".  He is an Independent Medical Examiner for the state of Colorado, and is acknowledged by the courts as an "expert" in the treatment of car accident related injuries.  He was an Instructor of Anatomy at Intelitec Medical Institute in Colorado Springs, and has been a guest speaker for several area employers on topics ranging from workplace safety to spinal health.  He is a member of The El Paso County Chiropractic Association and has also been a member of The Christian Chiropractic Association since 1990.

Since opening his practice in Colorado Springs in 1993, he has treated thousands of patients of all ages successfully for conditions such as headaches, neck & back pain, car accident injuries, work  & sports injuries, etc.  He concentrates on finding the root cause of the problem and eliminating it, not just covering-up the symptoms.  "I have found that most people are tired of taking medicine to cover-up their pain, and want the problem taken care of once and for all.  I search for the underlying cause and correct it."

Dr. Hanley's mission statement sums-up his practice philosophy best:

"It is the mission of Cheyenne Mountain Chiropractic to serve our neighbors and their families by relieving their pain, restoring them to optimal health, and helping them to live longer and healthier lives through modern chiropractic care, and to do so without long-term contracts while maintaining the absolute highest standards of ethics, service and professional competence."
